We’re not in the business of supplying goods that don’t work and we’re not in the habit of making excuses. We’ve personally tried and tested every JustAddBirds product and we’re only interested in helping you help your garden birds. However, if you’ve ordered goods with which you aren’t entirely happy, then we’d be happier if we heard about it; therefore, if you’re not 100% happy with our products, we certainly guarantee to put it right by replacing or refunding, whichever is most appropriate.
Please contact us within 28 days of your purchase to return an item or request a refund. If you talk to us after this period we may be unable to offer you a full refund.
